•    Redeem Exclusive Fish Plate with a minimum spend of RM138 from 5 - 27  September 2026.
•    Redemption is applicable for purchases made in KSL Esplanade Mall outlets.

•    Each shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per day, with a maximum of two (2) combined receipts dated on the same day of purchase.
•    All gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items. Redemption of gifts are on a first-come, first-served basis. Valid while stocks last.
•    Only ORIGINAL receipt is accepted. Duplication/reprint/used receipts are not allowed.
•    Retail staff is not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shopper in KSL Esplanade Mall.
•    Redemption is not valid for receipt that are collected based on payment that fully subsidizes by cash vouchers.
•    For payment that is partially subsidized by cash voucher, only the amount topped up by cash can be considered for the redemption of the amount.
•    Not valid for BILL or UTILITIES payment, MONEY CHANGER facilities, BANKING transaction or CAR WASH. Purchases from Lotus’s are not eligible for gift redemption.
•    In the event of dispute, The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase and verification.
