Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to all participants except employees of KSL Esplanade Mall and their immediate family members.

2. Participants must follow KSL Esplanade Mall's official social media accoutns to be eligible. 

3. To participate, participants are required to:

- Post a photo or video with their mom
- Include the caption: "A moment with my mom..."
- Share the contest post and tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the contest post 

4. Entries must be submitted within the contest period. Late submissions will not be accepted. 

5. Winners will be selected based on creativity and relevance to the campaign theme. The decision by the organiser is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. Winners will be annouced on KSL Esplanade Mall's official social media platforms.

7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no redeemable for cash.

8. By particiapting, participants agree that their submitted content may be used by the organiser for marketing and promotional purposes. 

9. The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. Participants must ensure their social media account is set to public during the contest period for verification purposes.
